Andrew Penhaligon

Supervising Podiatrist (Oxenford)

Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry)

Certificate IV in Health and Fitness

Andrew joined the team at my FootDr podiatry centres in early 2010, after a spending his first few years as a podiatrist really trying to find his niche. Since graduating from Queensland University of Technology in 2007, he has held a number of different podiatric positions in both a clinic setting, and also in the area of palliative and respite care, before finally finding his feet as a podiatrist at my FootDr.

After a year growing within the group at the Camp Hill Head office, Andrew has recently stepped up to the position of running the newly acquired Oxenford and Hope Island my FootDr podiatry clinics. Being located in one of the most rapidly developing regions of Queensland, Andrew is excited about the challenges this new roll will bring to himself, and the team as a whole.

While the developing and running of the new clinic keeps him on his toes, Andrew's primary concern on a day to day basis is, as always, patient results. Be it in maintaining general foot care, or being deeply involved in the resolution of a newly acquired pain or pathology, Andrew revels in the chance to put all his podiatric skills to the test.

Andrew is an active member of his Brisbane based hockey club, QUT, and regularly participates in the Division 1 matches and training on a weekly basis. Other than hockey (which consumes much of his private time), Andrew is also interested in cross country mountain bike racing, social touch football and beach volley ball, and the occasional round of Skirmish and Golf!
