With the Redlands Coast Fun Run approaching soon, it’s time to get your feet ready to run! Hosted By My FootDr Cleveland Podiatrists Nick Hickey & Chelsea Enright, they will give you the facts on foot health. Whilst hard skin, corns and ingrown toenails may be a ‘badge of honour’ for many runners, some can become quite painful and may even hinder your training and race performance as it’s not unusual for blisters to suddenly occur when you are in the middle of any length race.
