Born in Malaysia, Joyce came to Australia to complete her high school education in Adelaide and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master in Podiatric Practice at La Trobe University in 2017. She was exposed to wide facets of podiatry through her clinical placements with private clinics, Bendigo Health, Barwon Health, Western district health and Sunraysia Health.
Joyce enjoys all fields of podiatry but has a special interest in paediatric foot care. She has also volunteered in several programs such as the Oxfam Trailwalker Australia, and been involved in many Mother’s groups regarding pregnancy and children’s foot health. She is dedicated and passionate about expanding her clinical knowledge and skills by actively attending podiatry education courses, which help her stay updated on the latest information to deliver the best care to her patients. Outside of podiatry, she enjoys hiking, watching movies, cooking and playing music.
