At MyFootDr Beerwah, we can assess and manufacture Supramalleolar Orthotics (SMOs) for your child, if indicated.

SMOs are custom-made splints that sit just below the ankle bones. They are designed for children who have severely pronated feet, have low muscle tone and require extra support. Children who have lower-limb instability can now walk, run and jump with SureSteps’ patented bracing system.

If you’re unsure about treatment options, book in for a paediatric assessment at MyFootDr Beerwah.

If you have a sore, pesky ingrown toenail that continues to come back no matter how many times you cut it out, consider a nail wedge resection at MyFootDr Beerwah.

Whether it’s just the side, or the whole nail itself, we can permanently remove the troublesome nail permanently. Meaning no more digging around yourself, no more persistent infections and more importantly, no more pain!

If you’re unsure, book in for a general consultation at MyFootDr, where we’ll assess your options and decide whether a conservative or surgical pathway is right for you.
