Lauren is a podiatrist at My FootDr and Allsports Podiatry Indooroopilly and Red Hill, with a strong clinical interest in biomechanics, footwear, and orthotic therapy. Alongside her clinical practice, she also works with iOrthotics as a consultant podiatrist and brings several years experience into every custom orthotic prescription she writes. This hands-on background means Lauren understands not only how orthotics work clinically, but also the intricacies of how they are designed and manufactured to support movement and assist recovery.

A Brisbane local, Lauren grew up playing a wide variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, horse riding, netball, water polo, swimming, badminton, track and field (throws), Highland dancing, and Japanese jujitsu. This diverse sporting background has given her a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on young athletes and active individuals, and the importance of staying mobile, resilient, and performing at your best.

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from QUT and enjoys working with people of all activity levels, from everyday movers to athletes. She endeavours to work within each person’s lifestyle and activity demands, helping them return to what they enjoy or progress toward new activity and life goals. Her aim is always to make management plans clear, achievable, and tailored to real life.

Outside the clinic, Lauren can usually be found playing social volleyball, training, reading, watching Formula 1, or in her foodie element at restaurants and bars. She loves to travel, with an F1 race in Europe next on her list.
