Running with blisters can be an awful experience and one that is likely to be detrimental to the race you’ve been preparing for many months.

Attend My FootDr’s free seminar to seek professional advice early and prepare your feet for River Run 100  on the 9th September and help to reduce callus, corns and nail issues. Plus tips on how best to prevent blisters on the event day.

Free Podiatry Seminar exclusively for participants of the Brisbane RiverRun 100

With the Brisbane River Run 100 approaching soon, it’s time to get your feet ready to run! Hosted By My FootDr Fortitude Valley Podiatrist Sam Lindsay will give you the facts on foot health. Whilst hard skin, corns and ingrown toenails may be a ‘badge of honour’ for many runners, some can become quite painful and may even hinder your training and race performance as it’s not unusual for blisters to suddenly occur when you are in the middle of any length race.

Topics for the evening

  • 10 Important Foot Health Tips for runners
  • Learn foot strapping techniques
  • Q & A with your local podiatrist Sam Lindsay
  • Running shoe checks (bring your running shoes)
