Taylor grew up in Adelaide, studying at the University of South Australia. She decided to move to the Bundaberg region for the laid back lifestyle, the weather and the gorgeous beaches.

She has a passion for overall health which lead her to become a Podiatrist. She has a special interest in foot pain, lower limb mechanics, injury prevention, injury rehab and progression into exercise.
